Our mission
The SSH team owns the Self Service Hub (the "My Account" area).
We focus on two outcomes:
- Improve customer experience and autonomy by enabling users to manage subscriptions and account settings through intuitive self-service tools on and off platform.
- Reduce manual work for Support and Customer Success (CS) teams by automating repetitive processes, saving time and costs, and freeing capacity for higher-value support.
