Welcome to The Self Service Hub (SSH) documentation.

This documentation is for internal employees across engineering, product, QA, customer support, and other teams.

Our mission

The SSH team owns the Self Service Hub (the "My Account" area).

We focus on two outcomes:

  1. Improve customer experience and autonomy by enabling users to manage subscriptions and account settings through intuitive self-service tools on and off platform.
  2. Reduce manual work for Support and Customer Success (CS) teams by automating repetitive processes, saving time and costs, and freeing capacity for higher-value support.
