AWS Setup

Context
The applications created with this stack should be able to run inside of our AWS accounts at statista.
These accounts need some setup to be ready to go with our deployments, and as well the integration of the overall application landscape.
Things which have to be prepared:
- An account as to be created
- The account need to have a GitHub OpenID Connect Provider installed
Decision
For now the decision is to have an AWS account ready to go and the stack will not take any responsibility with this.
Consequences
As stacks are used as one-off templates and later configuration need to be done manually, some care and work need to be taken before a spike can start working on an app created with this stack.
